Att. Emre Akdağ

Av. Emre Akdağ, graduated from Ankara University Faculty of Law in 2021. The following year, he enrolled in the intellectual property law master's programme in English, organised by the same university in cooperation with the World Intellectual Property Organization and the Turkish Patent and Trademark Office.

Akdağ, who has been a trademark attorney since 2024, has specialised in registration and opposition processes carried out by the Turkish Patent and Trademark Office, intellectual property law, especially trademark and design law, personal data protection law, electronic commerce law and various areas of criminal law, particularly intellectual property crimes.
